I have actually been refraining myself from online purchases since lockdown as I know my skincare is more of a luxury than a must but after yet another breakout - I decided to bite the bullet and put in a quick order that will keep me and my skin covered for the next few months. I ordered on Thursday night and got my order Saturday morning. Which is fantastic and a big shout out to all the lovely staff that have made that possible. I do consider myself one of the lucky few in terms of delivery and honestly find it very sad to read some of the negative reviews. Especially those that are comparing delivery times with other companies or complaining about lack of communication. Instead of slating customer services and complaining of late delivers - remember we are in the middle of a global crisis that is killing people. And your "essential" purchase has required someone to leave the safety of their home. If sacrificing some patience for the cost of someone elses life is too much to ask - please re-evaluate your priorities.

I placed an order on 5/5/20 and my order is “Pending” for over 10 days already and I’ve reached out to see what’s going on but no one has gotten back to me. Customer services is bad. I understand the delay but I believe my order hasn’t even been sent.

Placed an order for the 1st time on 5/2/20. And checked to toady order is still pending. I tried to call to check on what was going on and they’re not taking call. Is this normal for Paula’s Choice. I know there’s a lot going on,but I placed another order from another company on 5/10/20 and I have received this order already.
