Such a great disappointment from the unique, "Cosmetics Cop", Paula herself, that I have admired for DECADES. I bought her book. I trusted her, but not anymore. I refer to her Vitamin C Serum, at allegedly 25%; I say allegedly for a reason. I doubt it, judging from my results! I decided to try her supposedly more potent C Serum, and it is DEFINITELY not as good as the product I had been using which is a 20% Vitamin C Serum and cheaper!!! I have it two stars, begrudgingly, as it feels light and nice on the skin and pumps out as a white foam!! Super light!! I am 76 and the results I got immediately from that OTHER, superior, less expensive serum blow this one away. I received many compliments for my skin then. I figured 25% would be even better - wrong!! This serum should be called "C-Light and $". So sorry about this, Paula, a blow to the empire. So sad.......

Very expensive for what they are. So far I have seen no benefits. I paid over €72 for 115ml of product. I know I brought the smaller size, because I wanted to try the products, but it's a bit pointless if it's gone after three pumps. There are much better value brands available with exactly the same active ingredients listed on the label. I will not buy again, not worth the hype.

So this is REALLY strange. I started using the C25 and after a month wasn’t sure so wanted to give it another month but they were out so I tried the C15.I couldn’t work out why my fingers looked like I had nicotine stains, then I realised not was the liquid from the stopper running down my fingers. Took a pumice stone to sort that. But if that liquid is staining my fingers orange how can it possibly work when it is trying to lessen the orange/brown of age spots? Answer is it doesn’t and actually made them worse. Strange because I know this company has a decent reputation. Back to drawing board!

I have been a loyal customer of PC since I was in middle school (I'm in my mid-20s now); however, I feel like the formulation of the products have changed drastically to the point where I am now skeptical of purchasing products. For example, my most recent purchase of the Weightless Advanced Repairing Toner was recommended to me through the routine quiz. I had used this product in the past and enjoyed it; however, on this occasion, it stripped my skin so badly that it was irritated to the point that it caused inflamed acne. It felt like my skin was going to crack! Another example is the C15 Super Booster. This product broke me out as well. In all the years that I have purchased products from PC, I have never broken out or experienced any kind of irritation from them! I have always experienced amazing results, which is why I have stuck with PC, so I am sure you can understand how disappointing this has been for me. Another thing that has been disappointing for me is how much the prices have increased. It seems like PC is trying to change to a luxury brand when in reality it isn't. This is a brand that was built on affordability and uses ingredients that are supposed to be great for your skin. Because of my past two experiences with PC, I feel that the company is trying to become something that it is not and is more concerned with making money than creating products to give results that people are looking for when they have nowhere else to turn to. I am giving it two starts because the direction it is going towards.

I placed an order on June 23 and received a shipping confirmation on June 25 but the tracking number does not work! I have no idea when to expect my package or where it even is. When I put in the tracking number on the Landmark Global website, it says that they can't find a match for my tracking number. Please let me know if there is anything you guys can do to fix this issue

Still missing item after reaching out THREE separate times. Customer ticket #925993. No response back after 8 days of trying to reach out. My order number is #304206039. Can someone please advise and provide a status update of my missing order.

My orders have been taking more than 3 weeks to arrive and sadly to say The packaging of the products are coming in terrible conditions. Scratched and very low quality bottles. I understand you want to become an eco friendly company but Seems what your trying to do is lower your costs Of production and customers paying the price for it.

I ordered my package on 6/20 and havent got any confirmation that it has been shipped. I also ordered some new stuff on Deciem and there confirmation for shipping was WAY faster than Paulas choice.
