First time ordering and my order never…
First time ordering and my order never made it to me, called customer service the first time and was told to wait another day to see if my order would show up and it still didn't. Called customer service the second time and a replacement order has been sent out but the rep didn't offer next day ship or any type of compensation for my wasted time waiting around on my order. A bit of a letdown seeing as I've been waiting weeks for my order..

Solid experience
Their policy is typically no cancelations or modifications, but I took a chance and made the call and they were able to help me. I just started using their body products and have no problems with them. I think any improvement in my skin will take a while so i'm in it for the long haul.

OBSESSED
so so happy with this company, I've had blackheads since I was 15 and nothing has really worked to get rid of them, since using the bha exfoliant for a week now I've noticed big changes, they arent dark anymore they are so much less visable and clearing by the day. This product is 100% worth my money and I'll gladly be purchasing again when I get my next paycheck. And on another note the customer service is the best ive seen, so kind and genuinely excited to help. My skin is saved!

I only got half of my order but it was…
