The products are lovely to use and beautifully packaged but wildly overpriced. Which is one reason a bunch of companies (The Ordinary, "Geeks & Gorgeous" and etc.) have sprung up to sell effectively the same active ingredients. Their rewards program feels like an utter scam. In the years I've been a member, or insider or whatever they call it, I've never accrued enough points to apply to a purchase...yet I'm always **just thisclose** to becoming a VIP or whatever they call it and actually getting a reward. I really need to unsubscribe from their emails so I'm not tempted anymore. Their products are budget busters.

I placed an order on 1/23/26 and would of liked to receive notification on the delay of my package. I called many times and customer service was unavailable until 2/3/26 when I finally received an answer. We as paying customers should not have to wait that long on an answer for the product we purchased from Paulas Choice

I have been buying Paula's choice products from the very beginning , when it was called Paula's select and Paula Begoun wrote books and sold big sizes of products, also make up . I have learned so much from her. Lately I cannot recognize the company, I know she sold the company and I do still use some of the staples. The products are now very expensive, and there are so many that it gets confusing. Paula at the very beginning she used to praise simplicity.I still use some of their products that are staples for me, but I am also buying from other companies now.

I really like Paula’s Choice products but my last order was cancelled so I called to inquire about it. The reason: I ordered too many sunscreens! I believe I ordered 4. I am a mother of 3 teenage daughters and since they are students, I pay for their skincare. So, when a promotion is on, it makes sense to order what I need. Apparently, 1 tube of sunscreen for each lady is too many. This is pathetic. I was told this is bulk buying by the rep. Really?!?! She told me to feel free to make two seperate orders. I’m shocked. Nonsense is what this is. Another pet peeve, they promised to send something special for your birthday so when I didn’t get anything I called. Excuse: Covid. Yeah, nice.

So far my experience is not to so good my order is pretty late and I don’t know when it’s going to come but I like how when I reached out to them about it they reassured me and told its coming.

I placed an order on 6/26/20 and received an email that it had shipped on 6/30/20. They charged my credit card on that day, 6/30/20. It is now 7/14/20 and there is still no tracking information available for an order that has supposedly shipped. I tried calling customer service and they are not taking any calls at this time. They said on the phone to use their live chat on the website. I tried live chat during their stated hours, and it says it is unavailable. My last resort was to send an email. I received a reply saying they are taking 10 days to respond to email. Bottom line: I like their products but will never place another order with them again. They have basically stolen my money and will not respond to provide a refund or help me resolve this issue in any way. Update: 7/28/20 - the company sent me an email saying they received my return and I would receive a refund. I never sent a return, but I assume it got sent back to them for some reason and they processed it as a return. The amount refunded was about $10 less than I spent so maybe they take some off for a return? Then, surprisingly, I received the product a few days later. Overall, I am glad to have the product but this process took a month and lots of frustration overall. I discovered they sell some of their products on Amazon - if you want to order PC products I suggest you buy them through Amazon instead to avoid shipping and customer service issues.

I received the two items which I ordered in a timely manner, which was fine. Then I received an email stating that I had ordered an additional $300 of their products, which I had not ordered. I received the order and had to pay $8 to return items which I didn't order, and now the post office wants to deliver an additional package from them. I'm annoyed that I keep having to go to the post office and spend $ to send back items I don't want. Grrrrr... Emailed the company and heard a pat response that they were busy but would get back to me. As a followup, I was contacted by customer service and they refunded over $300 for the products I didn't order.

Ordered the BHA exfoliant and the clear cleanser but only the BHA has arrived, no cleanser? I can’t see any way of emailing to get in touch and their phone lines don’t seem to be available on the weekends, I’ve been charged for both items but have only received one! Can someone please contact me about this?
