Billigware! FINGER WEG!! Ich habe mir zwei Uhren gekauft, wollte die Uhrzeit einstellen und habe die komplette Krone inkl. Stift (!!!) in der Hand. Die Rücksendung und Rückerstattung war eine Qual! Er wollte zuerst ein Video von der defekten Uhr. nach unzähligen Mails und nachdem der Rechtsanwalt sich das angesehen hat war dann das Geld nach 4 Wochen der Rücksendung da! Unglaublich ist zudem das sie ein Video wollten und eine Begründung zur Rücksendung! Schon mal was von Widerrufsrecht gehört?

Worst costumer service. Order was really late, I never got the product at the end of the day and still there was no refund or understanding from their side. Also, I needed to keep on insisting for them to look into this issue. Worst experience ive ever had with a company. I would never order from them again. EDIT: This "company" has reported my review because apparently they believe I've never had a genuine buying experience. What a joke !! Now looking at the HUGE number of reported reviews on this page it seems like this company would do anything to hide poor reviews. Maybe putting some energy into solving your terrible customer experience would be a better use of all your pointless effort ! Terrible !!!

I am very disappointed in this company. My son is only 15 and he worked very hard all year bussing tables at a local restaurant to save up for this watch. When he received it the watch was covered in green wrap. He couldn’t see what the watch looked like. He removed the wrap and tried the watch on, it was huge on him. He had it on for maybe 10 seconds. He never took the tags off, just put it right back in the box. They are saying we can’t return it because the wrap was removed. How else was he supposed to see the watch and try it on? Extremely disappointed.
