PR 28655SG The 27th Nov.2020 I ordered: - 1 pc. heart of the ocean (As a CHRISTMAS PRESENT) - 1 pc. Star dust Automatic - 1 pc. Huntington black - 2 pcs. watchband The 28th I received an mail from customer service that the silver dust automatic and heart of the ocean was delayed due to a high demand, but they will send what’s in stock and rest will be shipped within a week. Today the 21st of December, after chasing Paul Rich customer service almost every day I still don’t know when or if I will receive the remaining of my order even though they have withdrawn the money for the total order! Every time I’m lucky enough to reach someone in customer service they tell me to be patient and the remaining of my order will be shipped within 3 -4 working days, that has happen 5 TIMES now!! So here almost a month later I have no Christmas present and don’t know when or if it will arrive. Update 19th of January: Still haven’t recieved my watches! If I could i’ll go from 1 to 0 stars

I'm so disappointed in the customer service Paul Rich Provided if you could give negative stars that's what they would be receiving. I made my order for this watch on Black Friday. Soon as I completed the order I noticed Paul Rich auto-populated all my old info into the address part of the online form. I realized this immediately and made the proper correction within two minutes of making the order. Three days later my item gets processed to be shipped and I get a notification from DHL that my item has been shipped to the wrong address! After noticing I email their support to ask why it's been shipped to the wrong address! I email Paul Rich's customer support right away about the issue and the first thing they say is this was the address I submitted. I then take a screen shot and show the address showing on my end. Paul Rich has the balls to say the changes never happened because I never called in to change it! Even though their website says if need to change your address do it here... So their support completely blamed me for their mess and refused to correct it. Never the less this item that I paid, for now, belongs to the lucky person Paul Rich sent to and I'm out of my hard-earned money. By far the worst customer service I've seen and witnessed. To the comment below that feature seems to work on other Shopify accounts. If you click the person-shaped icon on the far right corner between the search and shopping cart icons it takes you to a page that has three options My Orders, My Address, and Log Out. If you click my address it gives two options with no other content. The first is to add a new address second shows your default address. Nowhere does it say to call to mend or change your address for your current order that has not been processed yet. I changed this as my default address that Friday, my order was processed and shipped the following Tuesday... Your site claims to be safe and secure - how is that safe? The content on your website does not clarify that anywhere. Are we supposed to gues your procedures?

Very high-quality watch for a sensible price. The shipping time listed on the website for worldwide shipping is 5-10 working days however I didn't receive the watch until 19 days after the order was placed. Besides the shipping time, there is nothing particular to point out and I can definitely recommend buying a watch by Paul Rich.
