Hi All, I ordered Paul rich 'Motorsport - Carbon Fiber Gold Red ' on November 25 2020 after going through reviews of this watch on this portal as it has lot of positive reviews. My order number is 'PR28075SG' . Its almost one month and have not received my order, Initially they provided tracking id(DHL - GM295116755002266953) which was tracked till last week with no milestone status updates, over this time frame I made international calls to US DHL about my order, DHL informed me that there is some issue with package and it never left US neither it will transit and nor it will reach Singapore and perhaps I should contact merchant which I did but Paul rich customer care keep providing generic replies. Last week Saturday(19-12-2020) my tracking id at DHL is also throwing no results, still I reached out to Paul rich to look into the matter and provide me refund as package never left US and now I am not interested in the watch, they still are giving generic replies and over almost a month of mental anguish and understanding holiday season, I urge people not get scammed and save their hard earned money. However, I am happy to update/change my rating if I get a resolution to my issue . Also I noticed something suspicious with 5 star rating for Paul rich reviewers, mostly they have reviewed only Paul Rich which seems the brand is managing reviews to boost their rating. *Update 22/12/2020* Dear Paul Rich, I appreciate your prompt response but as a genuine organization and understanding package issue and no package transit you should refund the payment, doing so you will gain better customer confidence and I can assure you that I will again place the order post holiday season. In case you can't refund give me a realistic timeline on the issue resolution and method of resolution either by refund or ETA for delivery as definitely you will have some SLA with DHL on service. FYI I had ordered a watch from Germany from different merchant during black Friday sale, it was delivered in 7 business days you can check my review for them on trust pilot and it was a genuine purchase my order id being '#T33354 ' . *Update 23 jan 2021* Hi All, I am changing my review for the merchant as they reshipped me another watch on Dec 30 2020 and it was delivered on 21st Jan 2021, although my original ordered watch was out of stock when they reshipped another watch which was my choice from available options. I would like to talk about the quality , looks , finishing of the watch they are top quality and in my opinion no other watch can give you that at this price point so kudos to the team. I would have given them 5 stars but only disappointed with the delivery and my original choice of watch was not delivered, still I forgive that as due to covid holiday season things may have went haywire. At last I would say the watch is *worth the wait* and highly recommended.
