Bought a 4 eyeshadow pallet set for around £60 and one of the colours just had a top layer of sparkle and underneath it’s got no sparkle very poor pigment. I’ve emailed their customer service team 3 times with the receipt from Selfridges and photos and had no reply.

We ordered some product from Pat McGrath and one of the items was unsatisfactory. We had to have it delivered to Canada from the USA with a special order through a postal forward. By the time we got the product it was past the 30 day policy . once we contacted customer service they would not stand by their product. It did not work and would not provide coverage. We asked to return an unopened product and they refused. We were marginally over the return period. Horrible customer service and a bad product. Not an acceptable outcome!

They charged me for a gift with purchase that was added to my basket automatically, they said it was my responsibility to double check over everything before checking out. ( When I didn't choose the item in the first place). They wouldn't give me a refund and I would have to pay to international return the product I didn't choose myself.

Bought a lip kit and the wrong product was dispatched - when I queried it, customer service was appalling and told me they ran low of stock so sent me something else. They didn’t let me know before the order arrived and have essentially made me feel like it’s my fault?! Absolutely appalling.

I bought a lipstick for my Daughter she loved it colour and design beautiful great then I liked it so much my Daughter ordered one for me I was using my other lipstick for a while then opened the new one and it was broken

Aucun respect de la clientèle, Madame est une super maquilleuse influenceuse, mais sa marque et sa logistique commerciale se moquent des européens.. Bien d'autres marques de cosmétiques Françaises, notamment; sont à même de donner beaucoup mieux, et pour moins cher.

I waited 13 days and my order had still not been dispatched, so I contacted the company and they did not answer me. I then got a refund notice with no explanation. Terrible customer service and a complete waste of time. Don't order from this company.
