Scott, Thank you for the 4 stars and for speaking with Richard about your services. We learned from the conversation that things have been going really well lately, but there were some mistakes made when you first onboarded that we’ve since resolved. We will keep an eye on your account to make sure it continues doing well, but in the meantime, if there’s anything else we can do to help in the future please let us know! Thank you again for your feedback and review!

Steven, We love the glowing reviews, but not loving that it isn’t consistent on every call. ☹ We’re definitely looking into what’s happening with your service and will hopefully be able to make some changes to the instructions that will tighten this up and get you glowing reviews every time. A contact center supervisor, Michael, is going to do a complete review and then reach out to you for some more feedback. We think Michael is great at fine-tuning the call handling instructions and working with our quality team to make your caller’s experiences as best as possible. We look forward to chatting!

Thank you for this review! We are always working to be the best we possibly can and believe that honesty is the best policy! Our team of receptionists get lots of training and support, but if we accidentally make a mistake, we always try to own it and learn from it so that we can be continuously improving. We are glad that it shows and that you are a happy customer. Thank you again for your feedback!
