Onboarding was very smooth. Understanding their system took a little while, but after a month of calls we have it dialed in. Now owners and employees have weekends free knowing that our callers are in good hands and we can get back with them on our schedule.

Pat Live does a great job for us, the only reason i rated your service as a 4 is that 90% of received calls start on hold rather than a person answering.

Very friendly staff. But they were not always knowledgeable on questions asked about the service. Also it was sometimes a little difficult to schedule to speak to someone specific about a specific issue.
