For offering live agents to answer…
For offering live agents to answer calls you would think that when you send a message to them asking for information that is what you would receive but apparently not the way it is. I put in on their chat to send an email to sales to answer some questions and sent it off. I get a email a few days later asking me if all my answers were answered and if i needed anything to let them know. I sent an email back explaining i havent had anything answered but let me know how it works with multiple phone numbers coming into our shop and a few days later i get another email saying the same thing and if the timing isnt right to let them know when the timing is better to sign up. Cant understand how i would want to use a live answering service when you cant get them to answer emails correctly and with a live person. I received 3 emails before this review and non of them said anything about what i was asking for. After this review i did get a call and an email giving me the information that i needed. Already was set up yesterday morning under another company that had better response

Hi Clint, Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry this was so frustrating. We looked into your inquiry, and it looks like after you filled out a form on our website, someone from our sales team emailed you the pricing information you asked for and also tried to call you right away. When we didn't hear back, we followed up by email and phone again to see if you had more questions. If the first email ended up in a spam folder, I can see where the follow-up would have read like a canned reply, and I completely understand why that would be frustrating. I reached out to you personally today to answer your question about handling multiple phone numbers for your shop and to resend the pricing details, and I left you a voicemail with my direct line. If it's easier, you can also reach me directly at [email protected]. David Mason VP of Operations PATLive
