PATLive is a Great Call Center/Receptionist company. They take all kinds of calls and allow me to be able to run my business without having to worry about the phone. They are able to integrate with my CRM to be able to track the calls easily and have all the data that i need readily available to return the calls with all the info that I need to have a good conversation. If you company get spam calls or hate calls, this is a great service to be able to weed out these calls and only talk to the people who are actually interested in working with you.

Darla was excellent. Very easy to work with and knows the system along with the neuropathy space very well. She was able to advise us along with work within our parameters to make Pat Live work well for us and improve the experience right away so that it would work for us.
