Wonderful experience and wonderful receptionists!

I work for PATLive. In my 40 yrs of Call Center experience in both Management and call center agent there has never been a more comprehensive training program or high expectations as an agent I have experienced. They expect exceptionalism and they give us all the tools to be exceptional. Every 2 weeks we are audited and have several calls graded. If you want to be the Best, PATLive will train you and support you to get there. If you are considering putting your business in the hands of a Call Center, I can assure you that PATLive is Second to None.
