Love Patio Pet Life!
Love Patio Pet Life!! It's a life-saver, literally, with our tiny pup in a coyote infested area. We have ours in a protected patio where she can remain safe.

It’s only been a month

LOVE Product..HATE Delivery
The company and product are great but my delivery service is AWFUL! EVERY time they prop the box up vertically when it clearly says lay flat! So I end up having to fix the sod since it is all smooshed together

Thank you for the review. We apologize on behalf of the couriers for not laying the box flat at times. We even put on a bright green "Lay Flat" label on all of the packages.

My Dog and I Enjoy Patio Pet!
product always arrives in good condition on time. My dog always looks forward to a fresh patch and the included treat. He knows when he sees the box. The company communicates well when they are experiencing delays and offers great customer service. As someone who lives in an apartment however, I wish my shipment would get delivered to my door rather than the apartment office.

Thank you for the review and we completely understand your dilemma with the packages not being delivered directly to your door. Unfortunately this is a carrier and apartment office issue. We have seen other complexes throughout the united states change their policy and allow the carrier to deliver directly to the door though. We appreciate the opportunity to continue to earn your business.
