Grass was inconsistent as far as length and color. Not sure the reason, but the dog will not use it....always has in the past, but will not now.

Used to be 5 star but the latest 2 orders have been with a thinner, lighter root bed, which ended up making the grass smell alot faster than it did before

Slow shipping and grass lasts about 3 days
Shipping has been delayed several times now. Similar companies have been taking 3 days for shipping, but here it’s been 5 days minimum. Grass shows up in poor condition and starting to rot due to being wet and rolled on itself. Ends up dying within about 3 days after arrival.

Hello Simba_doggy! We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. We had looked back through all channels of communication via messenger, text and email and have no record of this as we are always happy to give a discount code when one is available. If this was by phone call, and we did not have a discount code available at the time, maybe this was the case? We hope you are able to use the discount code we did provide and see you back soon! Thank you, Patio Pet Life

The quality of grass has changed in my opinion. It's thinner, doesn't last as long and it's even smaller then the tray. I'm thinking about canceling my service. The grass use to be heavy where I couldn't even carry it when it was delievered. It was beautiful. Now, I can carry the box with one hand.
