2 weeks to deliver?? 1 week to ship, 1 week to deliver.

Hi Robert - if you placed your order today. It would ship today via FedEx. We ship out grass orders Tuesday-Fridays. We do not ship grass out on Mondays and are closed on Saturday and Sunday. FedEx is 1-5 business days to deliver depending on where you live in the country.

I live on the east coast and since you don’t ship Mondays I don’t get my order for 7 days. One of the last two showed up mostly brown and died within days. The 3rd order I placed 9 days ago I still haven’t received as it wasn’t delivered yesterday. While the concept is great, I’ll need to order from a different company in the future. Their response on customer service is fast, but no resolution. If someone lives west coast to mid-west area the product will likely be very good.

I’ve had several issues with the quality of grass patches. Also when they make a mistake or my delivery doesn’t arrive, their service recovery is abysmal at best.

We do our best to return all calls the same business day, if not, at most within 24 hours. We are always happy to resolve any issues with customer's deliveries due to the carrier. If it has gone missing or is delayed and has caused the grass to arrive in less than acceptable condition, we will without question refund or send out a replacement. We tried using call centers, which did not provide knowledgeable answers or caring assistance. If anything this caused a longer response time than 24 hours with a final solution, therefore we have found having our own trained staff speaking to our customers is well worth it.
