The company and product are great but my delivery service is AWFUL! EVERY time they prop the box up vertically when it clearly says lay flat! So I end up having to fix the sod since it is all smooshed together

product always arrives in good condition on time. My dog always looks forward to a fresh patch and the included treat. He knows when he sees the box. The company communicates well when they are experiencing delays and offers great customer service. As someone who lives in an apartment however, I wish my shipment would get delivered to my door rather than the apartment office.

Thank you for the review and we completely understand your dilemma with the packages not being delivered directly to your door. Unfortunately this is a carrier and apartment office issue. We have seen other complexes throughout the united states change their policy and allow the carrier to deliver directly to the door though. I really like this service. It’s convenient and my dogs like it ! The only problem I have is , the grass is heavy to lift. I do have to get the large size as I have two dogs. Also, one in awhile the grass isn’t as healthy looking when I first get it , so it doesn’t last the two weeks I like it to last. But, it’s worth it to me and convent too .
