Very happy with the feel, comfort, fit, and colors. Saved us quite a bit compared to a new patio set and far more comfortable than the original cushions. Customer service was personal and top notch. Kevin worked with me on dimensions with great patience and made sure we got the pattern/ colors we wanted. Difficulties with material availability and other pandemic related delays is understood but delivery was ultimately simple and took just a few days after production.

I would have liked to be able to track the shipment easier but the box arrived and the cushions are nice. I like that the cushions are sunbrella material. The cushion is a bit hard at first but then they soften up. No ties. They do sit nicely on the chair.

The ordering process online was very easy. I had made an error in one of the products and had received an email asking if what I had ordered was correct. It was not, so I was very pleased that someone really paid attention to the details of the order and was kind enough to email me with their questions. The shipping time was a little longer than I had thought it would be, and we did not receive a phone call to schedule the delivery, so I am glad that we were home when the delivery truck came with the items. I had ordered 4 items and we only received 3. So I will be calling to check on the status of the 4th item.
