I found PatioHQ after scouring the internet looking for a Sunbrella lounge cushion to replace one from my mother’s beautiful but old wrought-iron lounge. There were so few ready-made cushions with this narrower dimension. And of the ones I initially felt ready to order, many had terrible reviews saying they had fallen apart within months. Plus they were so expensive! Finally I happened upon PatioHQ and began the process. Once I had submitted measurements etc, I received a swift response from customer service and went from there. It was finished before the date I needed it by, shipped quickly and packed well, and so beautifully made when I got it out of the box! Clearly seamstresses (men or women!?) with skill are responsible. Made in US! Also, diagram shows interior of polyester wrapped, antimicrobial high-density foam. I don’t plan to leave mine out in rain, but if it happened to get a bit wet it won’t turn into a soggy mess as others complained in reviews of with other companies’cushions online. I was relieved because I am allergic to chemical odors. None here. This is a top-notch, responsible company turning out top-notch product. I had several emails with a fellow in customer service and he answered all my inquiries within a day or two.

Great customer service, great product quality

My client and I couldn’t be happier with the custom window seat cushions we ordered through PatioHQ. The service was great, timing was reasonable at their busiest time of year, and the quality is outstanding! We’re already ordering more.

The fabric is very nice, but we didn’t know the cushions were going g to be so firm. I guess we will get use to them. Otherwise quality is great. If I can re-review them in a few months and the cushions loosen up a bit the review will definitely be higher.
