Was told my final selection would be viewable prior to my submitting order. I could not find it so I am almost buying on the blind. Didn't clearly see any time frame for custom made chairs. The fact that it will be so long is annoying but it is what it is> I just wish it wasn't.

No communication about my order I have to call all the time

I initially tried to place my order via phone, and the person I spoke with could not answer my questions. She told me to order via the computer. It has been 15 days and I do not know the status of my order.

Four stars so far since their customer support was very good. I have not yet received the product.

Original 1-Star Review: Please stop asking for a review of my purchase with your company. I have not yet received the item I ordered! Revised 3 Star Review: I absolutely love the Telescope Umbrella stand I ordered from PatioDepot.com. It is simple, sturdy, and I so appreciate Telescope’s warranties. Unfortunately, I did not appreciate the communication from PatioDepot.com asking me to change my rating to 5 Stars because it was the rating company, Trustpilot(?), that sent me the repeated rating requests before I received the item, not PatioDepot. I do not like being told how I should rate something.

Still have not received it as of June 1. I have never received any notice of how to track it.
