I have been calling, emailing and texting for the last 4 weeks to get an update on my order. I think this company is phony and I am out over $600

I keep getting requests to review my purchase but I haven’t received my order yet.

I ordered 4 patio chairs. After I paid for the items, I got nothing to prove my transaction in return. No receipt, no tracking number, not even a f#@k you! I paid through PayPal, so I didn't worry too much about it. After 1 week of calling and getting an answering machine, I tried the chat feature on the website. That was useless. The chatbot just kept requesting contact info but, I got no calls or email. Finally, I filed a dispute via PayPal and, after 2 weeks, I got a refund. Patio Depot is a total scam!

No word on my order despite asking. Heed the low reviews and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a table from Patio Depot, but when it arrived, and I opened the box, I could see they sent me the wrong one. After FOUR emails, THREE phone calls ("We'll get back to you in 24 hours." They didn't!), and a "customer service chat" that was never answered, it has become obvious that NO ONE in this company is going to rectify this situation. So, basically I paid for a table I don't want, and will have to repurchase the table I want elsewhere. Please carefully read all the one star reviews here, because they are telling the truth. If you enjoy gambling, then by all means order from this ridiculously bad company. I will never order anything from Patio Depot again.

I didn't get my chair. I was told my account was credited it wasn't. I can't get a call back. My emails come back undeliverable. I would hesitate to order from this company. This has been a terrible experience.
