Cynthia Fitzpatrick provided superior customer service from Patient Care Medical. We had four medical supply companies competing to supply me with catheters but we went with Cynthia. She went above and beyond our expectations and because of that we choose Patient Care Medical to be our supplier. Cynthia is an excellent customer service consultant. We highly recommend Cynthia! :)

Had amazing service by Beth and Pasley. They were very informative and genuinely looking to meet the urological needs and best interest for my husband's catheter supplies. I received an e-mail with the tracking information and their contact numbers in case I needed them or for future reference. The supplies arrived the very next day.
