Excellent Customer Service
I was receiving substandard customer service from my prior provider. Cynthia Fitzpatrick exceeded my expectations in making sure that I was taken care of. Customer service was beyond excellent.

I am extremely impressed with Patient…
I am extremely impressed with Patient Care Medical's customer service. I received excellent assistance from Nick. He helped me with getting my doctor's prescription, keeping me informed, making sure my supplies were sent to me and on time. I had some difficulties and Nick went above and beyond my expectations.
