I’m thrilled to share that I passed Step 1! I can't express enough gratitude to Dr. Francis and the entire team. I was feeling discouraged and overwhelmed, but after completing the 5-week live online course and revisiting the on-demand videos multiple times, I not only passed my qualifying exam but also Step 1! The tutors, the morning question sessions, and the overall structure of the program were exceptional. The most valuable aspect for me was how they organized the information in my mind, making it accessible and enabling me to think in patterns. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to every student preparing for Step 1. It truly made a difference!

I highly recommend doing the PASS program. It was worth every cent. I don't know if I would've passed Step 1 without it. People don't talk about it much but people do fail this exam so I'd recommend investing in the Pass program course. The program is run by the director, Dr. Francis', who has such positive energy and is the best teacher I've had in medical school. He teaches medicine in a conceptual way so you don't have to spend hours attempting to memorize first aid. Also every week day Dr. Francis has a session called Morning Questions were you do USMLE style questions and gain many of his test taking strategies. Knowing how to take the test alone made a huge difference in my performance. Also the program was very positive, which was helpful because studying for Step 1 is very hard and at a times isolating. I also found that the PASS tutors were better than the tutors at my institution. Whether, you're a student like me who was studying to take Step 1 for the third time or studying for Step 1 the first time PASS is right for you. Their methods are unlike anyone else's and they actually work! I truly appreciate the PASS program and community. I feel more prepared for future test and my 3rd yr rotations!

not a good fit for me the guy takes way to long to explain info and rambles about how good his program without even teaching just get to the point my time is important. also his slides/ book are very hard to follow and not well structured. Also I purchase the program and realized 3 days later it was definitely not for me I could not waste any more time. They would not give me a refund at all, yes stupid on my part to try something with awful reviews already - but was a last ditch effort to pass, yet they lack compassion for someone that doesn't learn in this unorganized learning environment. honestly not sure who can learn under these circumstances... AND they have bad business practices in my opinion. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM IF YOU LIKE REAL STRUCTURE!

One of the best courses you can find for USMLE! Just got my result.. passed my step :) As an IMG, I joined the course just before my graduation. As soon as I graduated, I could impress all my attendings at my first job in an ICU! Yes! This course give you the power to analyse and understand the concepts. Its not just for USMLE, it prepares you for practice. Dr. Francis is one of the best tutors. Highly recommend joining his classes.

Sitting 12 hours/day for only 3-4 key info/day is not a smart use of your time. A lot of deviations from high-yield content, with additional info or life stories. Course can be made significantly shorter, i.e. 4 highly efficient hours, where the students can use the remaining time to review and solve, rather than be too exhausted to do anything when the class itself is too long and insufficient.

I attended the live in-person PASS Program after failing step 1 on my first attempt. Dr. Francis breaks everything down to help you actually understand it instead of memorizing. He also helps you understand test questions. After the program, I passed step 1 and then took step 2 and level 2 within a month later and got above 80th percentile. PASS program changed my life and will most importantly, make me a better doctor in the future. I will say, you get out what you put in. So show up for every class, take notes, review the book in the evening. Go to morning questions. Work hard and it will pay off.

Highly recommend anyone who it looking for a course that will give them the keys to passing any USMLE exam to take this course. This was nothing short of a life changing experience for me and Dr. Francis showed me a new prespective of medicine. The exact course that I needed to help prepare me for the USMLE Step 1. The patterns, concepts, and approach that Dr. Francis showed me is something that no other professor I have ever had was able to do. The course does a great job of covering all the foundation that is required for the USMLE and the morning questions are a must do! Dr. Francis and the Pass team help you look at how to approach USMLE level questions in the most efficient manner. Overall, great experience!
