I genuinely cannot express enough how much the PASS Program has changed my perspective. Before coming here, I felt overwhelmed, lost, and unsure of myself throughout my USMLE journey. PASS gave me something I desperately needed: structure, direction, and, most importantly, the ability to actually understand medicine rather than simply memorize information. They teach you how to think, connect concepts, and truly understand what you're learning. Also the environment is incredibly positive, welcoming, and encouraging. Dr. Francis and tutors genuinely believe in you, even during the moments when you struggle to believe in yourself. They give you hope, rebuild your confidence, and remind you why you started this journey in the first place. It's such a down-to-earth, supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. If you're feeling lost, discouraged, overwhelmed, or questioning whether you're capable of doing this, PLEASE don't hesitate to come here!!

First and foremost, I thank God for helping me PASS my USMLE Step 1 and for the PASS PROGRAM . I’m so thankful I found the PASS Program,It truly changed the way I approached and thought about Step 1, Instead of just trying to memorise information, Dr Francis helps you understand concepts, connect different topics, and learn how to reason through questions. The guidance, structure, teaching, and encouragement I received made such a difference in my preparation. There were moments when I doubted myself and felt overwhelmed, but I kept going, and the PASS Program played an important role in helping me build my confidence and improve the way I approached questions. Thank you so much to Dr. Francis and the entire PASS Program team for the work you do and for genuinely investing in your students. I’m incredibly grateful to God for bringing this program into my journey.

I genuinely love the lectures and think they are very helpful due to the following reasons: 1. It explains why rather than rote memorization. I think the patterns, the theories, and the mindset is the things that will get you walk far on the journey of medicine. 2. It helps organize your thinking pattern. I used to think I am "lazy" for not paying enough attention to the details. Dr. Francis is the one making me realize I was wrong because everyone only has limited cognitive bandwidth, and it is important to organize your thinking for it to be efficient on the actual test. 3. When I listen to Dr. Francis' lectures, he is beaming with positive and cheering energy that made this frustrating studying process much more durable. I've had some hard time, and he keeps reminding me why I chose this path. Because of the reasons above, I believe my rating is fair and I would totally choose this program again. Here are some of my critiques for Step 1 OnDemand that I don't think will impact my overall impression of this program: there are some minor factual errors, and I believe certain content will not be tested on Step 1. I think the reason for this is because Dr. Francis has taught this program for 30 years and many information have been updated. Also, this is based on my personal perspective and I could be wrong. 1) The definition of alpha thalassemia is wrong. 2) I don't think the exact location of where peptidases will cut will be tested. This is leaning towards more towards biochem rather than medicine. Overall, this has been such an empowering experience, and I am grateful for everything I have learned. I wish Dr. Francis the best of luck and the success of this program :)

I attended the PASS program to help me pass my Level 2 exam. 90% of the context was geared toward Level 1. Only 2 hours each day was for my test content. This was not information that was easily found in the course description. I was very disappointed with the setup of the course and the fact that it was not clearly spelled out for me before I purchased the content. If I could I would ask for my money back. Not worth it for a Level 2 student.

The program was helpful. However, it seemed to end abruptly. Choice of continuing tutors was limited.

I came to PASS Program with alot of doubts ,uncertainty and lack confidence as a prepared for the USMLE exams. I enrolled for Step 1 preparation with PASS Program, followed their guidance and rules and I Passed. I share my step 1 preparation story and how i passed fews months ago. I returned to PASS program for my Step2 Preparations and i passed the Step 2 at first attempt. My eyes were open to see more clues and concepts,I clicked and moved. I follow the rules and I Passed. I appreciate all the staff members of the PASS program for providing the supportive environment for us to succeed. I always appreciate Dr Francis for breaking down medicine to it simplest form. Great program

Great program. Found it very helpful for laying a foundation for how to go about studying. I do think that this would work best for those who have at least a decent amount of content foundation. The pace is very fast and it feels as though this almost requires the program be done twice to truly maximize its effect. For the most part the staff themself were very friendly and quick to respond when I sought help. I definitely plan on doing it a second time when content has been solidified.
