Party CityReviews of partycity.com

I ordered balloons for my son's graduation. When I ordered inflated balloons online, I asked how long inflated balloons last. They told me it will last 6days but I could pay $1 extra to to last another day. I told them I just need these balloons to last two days so that I don't need extra day. I picked up on monday 5pm on those balloons that I have to drive round trip of 45 Minutes. When I came down stairs next morning and find out that ALL BALLOONS are flat already. Those balloons only last not more than 10-12 hours. Very disappointed with Party City. If you call their store to talk to someone over the phone, it's impossible. Nobody pick up the phone. I got a email saying that my balloons were ready to pick up but when I got there my balloons were not ready. I have to wait another 35 minutes to pick up. I will never shop this company ever again. Location for this store is AMC CLIFTON COMMONS

The store in Belmar, Colorado has the worst service. They lose orders. There is no one to help. The store is always poorly staffed. The clerks are not knowledgeable about their products. The manager is not ususally there. You have to wait in line while the check-out clerk talks on the phone. My baby shower ended up with no balloons - lost order even though I had the purchase order slip. They just can't get it right.

Party City had what I needed and was delivered within a few days. I can't wait to use the decorations that I bought for the baby shower. They are going to be so cute.

They deserve ZERO stars. I ordered balloons online for a curbside pickup the following day. I get to the store & they never made my order. The associates didn't even care that my order wasn't complete.

I ordered a game from the online store and received a defected copy. I have been trying to reach customer service for 10 days but no use. I waited on hold for more than an hour and didn’t get through. I sent an email via their site no one got back to me. I also replied to the order confirmation address and still didn’t receive any response. Very frustrated, and I will never order any thing from this store.

Warning-DO NOT ORDER! I ordered online for same-day curbside services from the Party City in Woodmore Town Center, Lanham, MD. I received an email saying that they were working on my order and would email me when it was ready!! I NEVER received an email and called numerous time and there was a message saying they were closed. I drove to the store and knocked on the window to see if anyone was there and the store looked abandoned. Went back the next day and still no one there and the number you call says they are closed. I finally called the Customer Service number and waited over an hour and they tell me all of their stores are open and they are gonna email them and someone should contact me fast! Well, as of right now the store is still closed and the message on the phone it still says that it is close and I haven’t received the items or a refund! I have contacted my bank to report this!

disgusting! I am beyond outraged. I made an order last night 142$ got an email this morning saying my order was canceled and will only be getting 85$ refunded

I have never dealt with a company that treats customers this way. Their online shopping is a joke, you shop with them and then you end up paying a company called Borderfree because they are the shipper. I have received boxes that didn't even have the correct items in them. I have received duplicate orders and I have given up trying to sort it out with either Party City or Borderfree. In fairness they did answer one of my e-mails and I did receive a partial refund for an item that was shipped incorrectly. I still had to pay for shipping for something I never ordered. I am now waiting for another order that appears to be a duplicate of one I already received and paid for. They don't answer their phones, I have tried numerous times and been on hold forever, between Borderfree and Party City I have sent numerous e-mails, spent hours on the phone on hold and received no satisfaction. I ordered a lot of products a month ago, the event is tomorrow and whatever they are sending and have billed me for won't arrive in time. This company should be closed down. Their customer service is non existent. Better to deal with a dollar store or Amazon, their products were just as good if not better than what I received from Party City.
