Party CityReviews of partycity.com

Better off going to the grocery store to be honest. Look I'm all for Party City during Halloween time but other than that, there's not much you can't get for the same price or cheaper at the grocery store or by going online. On top of this, going to the local Party City was a major hassle. The employees were miserable and the shelves were already bare when I got there. Nothing was in its place and prices were all incorrect when I got to the counter to check out. Would I recommend Party City? If there are other choices, no I would not. But I can say that for certain seasons including Halloween, they do come through and that's the reason I give my 2 stars to them.

Poor customer service. Hello my name is Sheila Bailey visited the Party City 1892 Mt.Zion Morrow,Georgia 1 cashier. Two managers no customers in line where they are blowing up Ballons. But where tje cashier is assisting where i am on line 4 customers are more. I asked the young lady is there someone to help assist the cashier you inform me she was a manger. The matter to me is no one should have to ask you to help your cashier it should be given to many people are out of work and in need of a job. Just my thoughts.

Fast delivery but at least 3 out of a 10 pack of balloons had small holes in them so will not order again.

NOT IRISH! Got a big suprise when I ordered from a .ie website and it wasn't irish. Items did not arrive by given time as promised BUT actually spoke to two lovely women in customer service and recived a very quick refund as my order didn't arrive on time. Shame as they have a great deal of good value party supplies.

Spullen waren op tijd. Echter kwaliteit/ prijs verhouding zeer slecht.

In totaal 4 mails gestuurd zonder reactie. Er is nergens een telefoonnummer te vinden. Echt slechte service.
