I ordered a washing machine part and after accepting the order on a Saturday, it was cancelled without telling me. I received an email on Monday morning. I called and was told the price went up and they cancelled the order. I expressed that I had already ordered it at the advertised price and was told there was nothing they could do. I would NEVER order from these people again.

Placed order on a Saturday night. Received an order received email. Waited until Tuesday with no further communication. Called in twice and was told by the person on the phone "I need to call the warehouse to get information on your order". Was then told that they would call me at the end of the day. No return phone call. Called back on Wednesday. Same answer, "I need to call the warehouse to get information on your order". This is definitely a scam. Don't waste your time. Buy somewhere else.

Update 11-29-18 I just got my parts in the 4 items that I ordered are all correct and to be honest I cross referenced from sears parts direct to make sure what I was ordering was right and yeah everything was. The prices are half of what I would have spent elsewhere so bottom line is if you can wait about 1 month for parts this is a good option. (Original post) No customer service no emails telling me when my order will ship no nothing I waited almost 2 weeks then called the guy said he would call me back and then never did. I emailed asking about my order and never received a response. When I finally called again the guy told me some things were on back order and would call me next week to tell me when my stuff will be sent so yeah 1 month out and still not a actual date of when I’ll receive my items. Never again will I do business with this company

So I ordered a fridge door shelve, 2 plastic shelve inserts and a new fruits tray all for my fridge that had broken over time due to wife and kids. The price was roughly half of the parts off of legit sites like Amazon etc. I checked and rechecked to make sure I had the right part numbers. I placed my order and then found all these reviews. I figured I'd been scammed and was out a hundred bucks. It took like 2 months for the parts to arrive so long in fact I forgot I had made the order. Then a giant box showed up with all the parts. They all fit my fridge perfectly and I'm a happy camper.

Ordered parts for my stove. I received an email informing me that they could not ship my part without confirming my information. The billing address is different than shipping address. I replied by email, I have tried to call. No reply and no one answers the phone. They processed the payment that day. However it shows my order is pending. It's a scammer, I believe who ever was answering phone calls has decided to stop.

After I placed an order, they immediately charged my account. Wait for 5 days and the status of the transaction is "Not ship yet" and never mentioned when is the delivery date. I emailed many times to cancel order and no responses. I called many times. The same person answered the phone. He told me it is going to be canceled today. It never happened. It is a scam.

My order number is 35518 for a total of $94.76. I place the order on 10/22/18. According to the wed site it said processing. The money has hit my card on 10/22/18. I have called two time once on 10/29/19 and again 10/30/18. Both time someone told me they would check on the order and call me back. No one has called or me mailed me with the shipping info. I need this parts to do my work. This is the first time I have order from this site. I hope this is not the normal way customers are treated.

Well, wish I had found these reviews before I bought a part from these idiots. Bought a refrigerator gasket and although the part arrived in a relatively timely manor, it is a poor excuse for a gasket. I called to request a refund and the guy tells me I have to send an email and the warehouse has to do I don't know what and someone has to approve the return, etc... I asked why he couldn't just do it over the phone and he tells me I have to do it that way, so I do. Early this morning (a Saturday) I get an email informing me of their return policy. THAT'S IT! Nothing about, what steps to take next or this what's going to happen, nothing. And in the return policy it states that you need to get an RMA # and i'm like, what the heck did I do when I sent the email stating I wanted to make a return? Isn't that when they are supposed to issue an RMA #?? Well, since it's Saturday, no one is picking up on the phone, but I will keep trying because I think, like everyone else has said, these are bunch of scammers and if not scammers, they have no idea what they are doing.....
