Not good ... actually THE WORST !!!! I ordered a whirlpool cook top from their website on line ... paid for it ... then in two hours I noticed my order was cancelled and a refund offered with no explanation. Tried calling several times to find out why my order was cancelled ...only to get busy signal. I then noticed that the web site was immediately updated and the same model cook top was advertised for $80 more. I think that they were unhappy with the first price ... then cancelled the order and re-posted the product at a much higher price. I don;t usually write reviews ... but THIS IS A BAD OUTFIT! STAY AWAY ... you will only have grief !

I ordered a control panel for my GE double oven. I had an electrician install the new part and it wouldn’t work. He tested everything with his multimeter and said the new panel was “dead”. Now I’m faced with eating the ridiculous $40 in shipping(for a small 1 lb. box), plus the $5 it will cost to ship back, and a 20% restocking fee(they get to indefinitely make 20% off a defective part). I will never use this company again and would strongly encourage everyone to avoid Partsips.com like they were the plague.

Ordered a part to fix a range hood from the website. I emailed about 10 days later to ask for an order update and was informed that this item was on "national backorder" until a certain date. A week after THAT date, I emailed again and waited 2 weeks for a reply before pursuing a chargeback with my credit card company. I wasted two months waiting on this part with no communication from this ridiculous company.

I placed an order for an range hood oven cover on August 17th and finally received the order 9 days later and unfortunately it was the wrong part. I called and was told that he would send an email with a return tags for UPS to pick up. Never happened. I have called every day since then and spoken with the same guy who is very hard to understand and today when I called he hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"! Better Business Bureau is my next call!

I ordered my part on 9/3/19. It was shipped the same day and I received it today 9/5/19. The guy you talk to on the phone is a moron so I emailed them and got a response in 9 mins with a ups tracking number. You cant always read into everyones comments cause there are just some people that are never happy with anything no matter the outcome....them soul sucking devils

Total scam. I didn’t do my research and soon realized I was scammed. I tried calling 10-15 times and...nothing. He responded back finally to tell me the order had shipped. The tracking he sent me was over 120 days old and said he “unfortunately couldn’t help me due to the fact it was over a 120 days since he shipped it”. I ordered in on Aug 19th 2019 so less than 3 weeks ago.....sounds like this guy has his entire process down on how to steal your money. I’ve contacted the police in his area and they are following up.

rip off! on 7-31- 19 I made a purchase.of $35 for a ge part. I tried email and calling no response! avoid this place like the plague!

OMG I wish I had checked this site out before buying parts for my refrigerator. Their customer service is horrible. After waiting a few days and not getting a shipment notification I tried to email them to find out when it was going to ship. No response. I then tried to call their number, it rang for ever and never got answered. I tried for three days. On the forth day I finally got someone in India and when I asked when the order would ship they told me it will be in a week. No specific date or any details. The other aggravating thing is they charged my credit card. Most companies don't do that until the item has shipped. I'm going to see where we are at next week but I don't have a lot of hope. I suggest you stay away from using these guys.
