Don't use this place. I ordered a refrigerator part, it arrived damaged, and they refused to send me a replacement. If it were an option, I would give them 0 stars.

I ordered parts for my dishwasher and used Partsips as the cost was lower. They still had not shipped the items one week later. When I ordered the site said the parts were in stock, no back order notice of any kind. I kept checking still not shipped.I emailed, no response. I feel that this is a horrible site, with terrible service. I would not trust them, and will use anyone else even if I have to pay a few dollars more. Had to go to my credit card to get my money back.

I oredered 2 glass shelves from them based on the model number on the back of the fridge and several other websites and made sure I had the correct part. I paid $29.00 for them including shipping. The shelves are too short, they fell out. I emailed them for a refund and got their refund policy, you pay shipping. $62.00 at the post office, for $30 worth of wrong parts! I'll keep them and order the correct ones from a different website. Look elsewhere..they are the cheapest site, sooooo...

Scam Alert! Scam Alert! We ordered few parts few weeks ago. No answer to phone calls and emails. Someone picks up the phone when they feel like it but have neither customer service manners nor do anything to ensure delivery. After waiting for no delivery for few weeks, I'm requesting a chargeback on credit card used for payment. Stay away from this scammer.

Ordered a part. Within the hour, I called to cancel the order. I was told to send an email to cancel. The item showed up at my doorstep 3 days later. Now trying to get a return authorization number. Was told to submit a request by email. Now they send me a Return Policy. Called the company. Same dude answers every time. He just says the same thing. "must send email." Now he refuses to answer the phone and has already hung up on me twice. No resolve in sight. Contact BBB

Ordered 6 metal clips from their site for a washer. Shipping was 14.95 for a order that weighed maybe 2 ounces, but I needed the parts to get the washer back in service. After 5 days i called to ask where the parts are. I was told they were 3 weeks out for delivery. I found another source and sent a e-mail to cancel the order. I was told it was too late to cancel! When I asked why the order could not be canceled I rerceived no response.I had attempted to cancel on 9-6-2019, the order arrived via UPS on 10-1-2019. Avoid this outfit, there are many other sites that actually want to serve a customer.

Ordered a component from PartsAPS that I couldn't find much anywhere else. They delivered it within a few weeks, and responded promptly to emails. I wish they had accurate delivery estimates for their products on the website.
