Please do not purchase from this company. This company has never sent us our part. Washer door skin. We placed an order. and was supposed to be sent an email with order number. We never received and order number. Transaction was almost immediate through our bank. Contacted them by email with no return replies. Called the number but there was only a noise on their end. It's been over a month and still no part or refund. We filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau. But the complaint was closed due non response from Partsips.com. Our bank has reimbursed us for the fraudulent charges. This company should be investigated through their local Attorney General. And should be shut down.

Apparently there is no need for a phone number on their website as they don't answer it. I tried to contact them on the phone a dozen times. It rings until it drops you off the line; fast busy. You get a confirmation of your order, but no notification of when it will ship. They immediately charge your credit card when they don't even have the part. I got a response email that said the part is out of stock nationally. Expect to ship in two more weeks with my washer spread out over the family room floor. Then why did they charge my credit card? And not notifiy me immediately, not after I contacted them via email as they don't answer the phone. They have a nice web presence and systems in place to get your money. I always check reviews before I buy and apparently typed in the wrong name because I got good reviews. Most of the reviews I see after the fact are less than two stars. I have an open dispute with my CC company. Buyer beware. These guys are an unfunny joke.

Ordered a knob for my stovetop on December 28th, and have yest to receive it as of January 17th! The number provided on their website is incorrect, not sure how this website is still active, it's a complete hoax and since I am unable to contact them, or get a response, I am disputing the charge with my bank!!!! Complete Joke, and farce!!!!!!!!!!

"BEWARE" I bought an expensive control panel for my microwave. when it arrived the box had the right part number on it but the part inside was not the right part. I contacted them and the wanted a photo so i sent it then they said they would pass it to the refund department and then they "ghosted me" I called them and they answered once and told me that the "refund department" would contact me. From then on when I called they hung up. I have sent many emails but no answer.

Run!! Do not order from this company. Cooktop knobs wouldn't work properly on my cooktop model, even though knob configuration was the same. I requested return authorization; they emailed instructions but I returned to wrong address; I sent parts back to PartsIPS instead of sending to company THEY ordered from. When I wrote then, they said they wouldn't refund any money because I sent to wrong address...what?!! I sent items back and Im still out cost of parts!! Who treats customers like that?!!!

Order a whirlpool washer part for a good price and received it in 4 business days.So no argument's from me I would order from here again if needed.

Ordered an oven element from partsips.Came 3 days later.Genuine GE part and at a good price.Works perfect.i learned not to trust negative reviews on the internet long ago.

I order some furnace filters they had a really great price. 7 weeks later no filters even after they told me on the phone they are going out next week. They told me this twice. I now sense a fraud, so i contacted American Express and they gave me full credit and are going to handle the entire situation with them directly. I strongly recommend that you call your credit card company to get your money back. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THE BEST AT BEING THE WORST.
