This is not a good business. I purchase regularly from AppliancePartsPros.com and PartsDR.com but thought I'd try this place out...big mistake, I will NEVER do business with them. Unhelpful and rude customer service - ordered parts 10 days ago and they have still not shipped - when I asked what the hold up was they told me I just have to wait, when asked how long they told me they don't know but sometime things are on back-order, when I asked for a refund was told it will be processed in 7 to 10 days. No communication about delays, no notice on site about back orders. Terrible communication. **UPDATE** I canceled my order after speaking to the completely incompetent customer service agent and today (the day after my cancellation) I received notice from my own UPS account that my order will be delivered today. I still stand behind my claim of terrible communication and rude customer service. I'm hoping this is an answering service they can change and/or they fire all of their customer service agents and start over...it seems most complaints are about the communication and customer relations

I placed an order for a refrigerator door handle on June 4, 2020. It never arrived. I called the company twice and I was told they would check on it and get back with me. They never called back. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. The credit card company is refunding the full amount. Beware this company.

Ordered refrigerator drawers. 14 days later, no parts. First email: absolutely no response. First phone call: someone did pick up (heavy foreign accent fwiw) and said they would check on a order and call back: never did. Subsequent calls and emails: no response. DO NOT USE!!!

ordered parts that were in stock 1 month later no parts. They don't answer their phones or emails. Finally got someone to answer f]Phone and was told part was not in stock by manufacturer so they cancelled my order. Had to reorder parts somewhere else funny thing they are all in stock by manufacturer no have to wait for partsips to actually refund my money. If I could give no stars I would. This company is a total scam. Buyer beware do NOT order from this company

I would not order anything from this company. They dont answer the phone, they dont respond to emails unless it multiple request. I order my part 6 days ago and states same day shipping on products in stock. Not true. Worst experience ever!

Placed order 5/31/2020. No order confirmation received. Credit Card was charged immediately $354.09. Many calls placed to (315)675-7792 all unanswered. Emails sent all no response. Filed dispute claim with credit card bank. Do not place order with this company PartsIPA - Appliance Parts and Supplies.

This is a DROP-SHIP online company. They have little to no stock on hand. They take your order and process your payment and then order the parts from suppliers. This is to your advantage IF you can happily wait for the extended wait time on delivery. If you need your part right-away due to a major failure of your appliance, you'd do best to order directly from a major supplier. If you have time to spare, this may be the cost-effective solution for you.

I found partsIPS online and noticed they had the cheapest price for the fridge part I needed. I quickly placed my order. After not seeing an expected delivery date after the purchase I was a little concerned and decided to check the reviews for this company. Almost every review was bad! I was really concerned and thought I had made a big mistake but 2 days later I received an email stating my part had been shipped. The next day it arrived and it was the correct part I ordered. I installed it and it worked perfectly. I don’t know what happened with all the other customers who left bad reviews, but my experience was great with this company and I will order from them again if i ever need any appliance parts in the future.
