I had my Thermador Oven Module remanufactured by Part Simple and the turnaround time was 6 days, unbeleiveable. The 16 year old oven works like a charm now. You can even see the display now, was very dim before. I am a very happy customer and would recommend Part Simple to anyone who needs an electronic module repaired.

I was charged twice for parking once, their machines are broken

I had a problem with the board ,not once but twice. The company did not give me any problems on getting my refund whatsoever and they were very polite each time that I had called. I have spent a lot of money with this company and I intend to keep on doing so. Parts simple is definitely all about their customers service. If I could give them a ten star rating I honestly would so THANK YOU Part simple for being such a great company. Tech: William Steinborn

I was having problems with my Kenmore washer giving a F1 code when trying to wash cloths. The problem started out as every once in a while and moved to 4,5,6 times per cycle. I did some research and found that the most likely problem was a bad control board so I got online to see if I could find one. The place I found that had a fair price and delivery was PartSimple so I ordered the board. I ordered a Kenmore / Whirlpool Laundry Washer Control Board W10189967 / WPW10189967 on Jan 14 '17 and it was delivered on Jan 18. It took me about 30 mins to install the control board. When I applied power to the machine I got a code 6U which is, according to the manual, to do with the door lock. I tried several times to start the machine with the same results. I double checked the wiring connection and they all appeared to be correct. I immediately contacted Parts Simple and let them know the problem and they said they would send me another part the very next day. I went back to the machine to start taking that control board back out and as I was unplugging the wire connections I found one that did not seem as though it was seated completely. So I reseated this wire, making sure it was fully plugged in, and then plugged the rest of the wires back in. I then reapplied power and the machine was normal. I started a washing cycle and it ran completely through with no problems at all. I could not have ask for better service!

I ordered a part for my oven, it was the wrong part so I called the same day that I hired this guy to install this part. They told me the information for returns will be emailed that same day. It took two week for them to send me return instructions. I still haven't received my refund for this part and it's been more than a month since I ordered. I'm asking everyone who's thinking about ordering from Partsimple, don't do it. IT'S A SCAM!!!

My LG dishwasher is 11 years old and both the upper and lower racks stared rusting about 2 years ago. They deteriorated so badly I was worried about rust stains on my dishes and the racks were rather unsightly. I found the LG part numbers after some research on the web and then searched for sources. I found several but the total price for replacement racks was almost a third of the cost of a new mid-range dishwasher (about $340). The total price for the upper & lower racks from PartSimple including shipping was $218. I placed my order on their web site and received a confirmation email. About 4 days later the racks arrived at my house in good condition. The racks appeared to be LG OEM racks and appeared almost exactly the same as the original LG racks. I did note however that the new racks were definitely of a lighter construction and the layout of the lower rack was not the same, it lacked the adjustability of the original. However they both fit the dishwasher exactly and perfectly. Overall I'm satisfied with the price, shipping, and quality of the replacement parts I received through PartSimple. If I had read the ratings before I purchased these racks I would've used another internet seller but my experience with PartSimple was very good.

Don't shop here, order from someone else. I placed an order and it never arrived FedEx says it was delivered. Part simple says ask neighbors. Of course I did that before contacting customer service. I ask them a time frame of how long for FedEx to investigate can they send another part. Poor service reply they will ask FedEx to open investigation. I again asked about what to do I didn't get what I paid for. They said for me to contact FedEx that I didn't receive my package. Very lame service now that they have my money they don't care about whether I received my order. I asked for refund and have been ignored. Not happy save yourself order from someone else who offers customer service. I posted this to help anyone concerned about whether they should order from here. Buyer beware

I bought a main board for my refrigerator from Part simple on 7/24/15. The part stopped working on 1/26/16. I called customer service and spoke with Nancy. She said since there is a letter R after this part it means it is a refurbished part and it has only 6 months warranty not one year. Also since it was shipped to me on 7/24/15 this part is out of warranty and nothing they can do. I said first of all when I bought the part, I didn’t know it was a refurbished part and it wasn’t mentioned on the web site or my emails or on the receipt that this is a refurbished part. If I’d known this part is refurbished I would never have bought it. I also said if it has only six months warranty, I’m still within the 6 months warranty because it was shipped ground and I received it on 7/28/15 and you should honor the warranty. She said the warranty starts from the time of shipment and not the time of I received the part. I told her this is not right and we as customer shouldn’t be penalized for shipping time that it is also mentioned on the web site that would take 5-7 days before get to the customers. I asked to speak with the manager, she said manager is not available and I need to call later. I called again later on and Nancy picked up again (I believe she is the only customer service rep working there) I asked to speak with manager; she said manager is sick and not in today so I left my number for her manager to call me. I didn’t hear from anyone so I called the next day and again Nancy picked up and put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me. At this point I’m thinking of buying what I need from somewhere else and take the matter to BBB. I wouldn’t suggest this site to anyone and will shop elsewhere.
