The Initial order was fine there were no issues when I got the product fast forward a year. The panel started to act up. I reached out to the company and since the panel was one month out of warranty, They wouldn't help me, not at all. I also believe that they hire a a company to answer their emails because the person that was responding to my issue had no idea what they were talking about or doing

I ordered freezer gasket from this company in May 2017. Part arrived in partial packing and, when I removed gasket from partial package, it was dirty and appeared used. Will never order another product from this company. K Smith
