Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. A week ago, I visited their website to order an air conditioner circuit board. To ensure I ordered the right part, I entered the air conditioner's model number, and the website recommended a specific board for me to buy. After paying, I received a board that looked identical but wouldn't communicate with the air conditioner. Based on the model number I entered, the board should have worked, but the one they sent failed to connect with the unit. Once I realized they had sent the wrong part, I contacted a supervisor and explained that their website had recommended this specific board based on my model number, yet it wasn't working with the air conditioner. The supervisor didn't even bother to help; instead, they told me that if the board had already been installed, it couldn't be returned or exchanged for the correct one. This is theft, and I have reported them. Be careful what you order and try to stay away from this company; if they send the wrong part, they take your money and refuse to provide a proper solution, accepting no responsibility for what they shipped.

The parts received did not match my furnace
The parts received did not match my assembly, Your refund policy and return policy with shipping costs results in the assembly having little or no return value, No offer or help to get the correct parts was even suggested. I will not use your business again.
