Great service, great price!
HNC sold me a great working part for my HVAC system at a much lower rate than others. I ended up not needing it, and returned it, and they took it back... but UPS screwed up the delivery and ended up damaging the part. HNC and I worked together to try to get UPS to cover it, but they just kept stalling and lying. HNC still ended up paying me back for the part, even though they don't have it now. That's a class act and excellent service!

I like the fact that your company had…
I like the fact that your company had the part that I needed in stock, but I couldn’t hardly understand the person on the other end of the phone and I don’t think he could understand me very well so the ordering process took longer than expected because we had to keep repeating ourselves to make sure the correct information was being received.
