If I could put no starts I would. I ordered a part and realized it was wrong before it was shipped and canceled it. They shipped it anyway so they could get me for the shipping and a restocking fee and on top of that it's taken over a month to get a refund even after involving my bank. I would advise to not do business with this company there out to screw people

I WAS SENT SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I ORDERED. I had a part over nighted at $70. I received the wrong part. They do not reimburse you for shipping, pay for return shipping, and charge a 20% restocking fee. STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY! This place is a joke! I returned two items in the same box, but they only gave me credit for one of the items. THEY WERE IN THE SAME BOX! I have spent two months trying to get my refund. You can see by the other reviews that these guys really don’t give a damn about customer service. Pathetic!

Well my feelings are pleasantly surprised after reading all the negative reviews here. I placed an order for recessed lights to match the ones in my current home. Only two places had them and this was one of them and a little bit cheaper. Without reading any reviews as rushed by my contractor, I placed an order on a Saturday. I didn’t get an email confirmation. After two days I called and no answer on the number listed. I sent an email. No answer. Wasn’t sure with the COVID 19 possibly causing less staff to work on these things, I have the benefit of the doubt. I then did a search for a reviews and found nothing but negative things. After a day more, nothing. Did a call and no answer. Sent another email and got an answer with a tracking number. To my surprise it was delivered later that day. I was about to place a dispute with my credit card company but they delivered and in 2 business days despite paying for the cheapest shipping. Pleasantly impressed. This place is legit from my experience.

I ordered a sifter brush for a breading table which started to unravel a week later. I immediately called and sent them an email to have a replacement sent out and have not received any response back. I've called several times and they don't pick up. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

These people are scammers I believe. The man I spoke with was barely understandable with thick accent with rude demeanor. I placed an order for a Bunn part, very standard part and two weeks later their website says "Processing". When I called he said he would call the manufacturer to check on it. Never heard back. As I said, I believe they pray on people who order things and lose track and probably don't notice. There are people like that. I'm not one. Could have ordered the part from Webstrant and and had it a week ago for about same price.
