I ordered back in November and the package got lost with UPS. Apparently two packages were sent and I received one package that was a partial order. After waiting weeks for the second package to arrive I did a follow-up by phone and was told it was sent. They told me to wait. After waiting for another few weeks I emailed and they said I had received the package. They sent me tracking numbers and I told them only one package arrived. They finally realized one package didn't arrive and gave me a credit within a week. I had to reorder and the second order arrived (both packages).

Parts were correct, packed well and arrived on time. Only reason I used a 4 star was I have sent an email with questions for additional parts and no response for two weeks. Telephone number works but no answer . Otherwise I would have gave a 5 star

Easy payment method. Because we needed the part asap, we opted for the next day shipping which actually was three days. Not your issue but the shipper. We will order again.

The unfortunate thing about transaction with your company is that I checked the in stock and ordered it, it is very unfortunate that it often becomes national stock. I am ordering parts because I want to receive them as soon as possible, but in this case, it is very embarrassing. I want to try to eliminate these cases.

The only issued I had was that a couple times you didnt let me know about parts being in back order until I received the order incomplete.

They are very helpful the part arrived on time
