No parts and bad communication took forever to get refunded 3 weeks and they still have my money and I have no parts

They send you the wrong part after they tell you which part number you, need charge you shipping and a restocking fee. It takes more than 3 days to get back to you about an order and that's after waying for a call back for five days. They make more money on restocking fees probably than sells. And absolute sham.

The parts I ordered were no where close to the parts I received. I was also shorted 3/4 of my original order. The phone call to customer service was useless as I was told to email them by someone who has clearly given up on life. After a few even more pointless email which showed their lack of intelligence I realized to just let the parts be returned and take my business somewhere else. I only wish I could leave negative star reviews.

Hard to believe a company could be this bad. They hey will take your order and over charge for shipping butt communication stops and it took three months to get a refund. They actually made it seem like I was inconveniencing them for wanting refund.

DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY !The worst service I have ever experience, one months and haven’t recieved anything. Before you order try to contact customer service or the website. You WILL NOT get a reply. That should tell you everything.

unresponsive, did not ship parts. likely scam or scum. either way buyer beware

I looked into this site before I ordered and I am not sure how I missed the Trustpilot reviews. It seems a lot of other reviews are possitive which is interesting. Similar to a lot of other people, I made an order 2 weeks ago and have not gotten any updates. My order still says "processing" and I've tried a few times and only gotten to the voicemail/

I ordered a part that I required. After 2+ weeks of not receiving it I inquired via email about the delivery status. They then informed me that the order was cancelled and issued a refund. I highly recommend never using this company.
