Really terrible company to deal with. I should have read the reviews before buying . Charged me shipping for item never sent me . Very dishonest. Don't make mistake I made . Buy somewhere else.

Definitely a scam store, they did sent a few parts but the most expensive one was missing and they never sent a replacement despite saying they were. I am now disputing the transaction with the credit card. I operate a propane company so not new to ordering through many suppliers, this is a first, they have a legit looking web site but they are thieves. I can't understand how they (could be just an individual) are still operating, never again.

This isn’t a real company they are the definition of scammers. The outside looking in seems like they are legitimate but they and without a doubt horrific to deal with. They only stay in business because people see the cheaper prices and don’t read the reviews before ordering from them. They will never answer the phone and the line is usually always busy or not an actual working number. They don’t respond to emails and it’s really sad that they’re allowed to continue to get away with things like this. But you live and you learn. If there was a way to right a review and give NO STARS it would be more accurate!!! Please please please do not order from this company even if they’ve worked ok for you the first time consider that a win and never go back. I promise you would come out better paying a $100 dollars more for whatever you are trying to order than to order through this place. I honestly think that they are not a real business just someone working from their home scamming day in and day out. Hopefully they don’t last long before they’re caught and put in jail. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE I PROMISE YOU WILL LOSE OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst company I ever have relations with. Looks like there is only employee. I placed an order more than a month ago and still waiting for it. They just want to take your money and then good bye.

I bought pilot tubes from them. They sent the wrong ones. Then they ignore 3 emails of mine asking for help with this error. Their complaint phone is always busy so you can't get through. Worst company I've dealt with in a long while.

Ordered 8 gaskets and 2 heating elements for a steamer that I desperately needed ASAP to keep my restaurant running. Both items showed "In Stock" so I purchased both and paid $115.00 just for shipping for 2nd Day delivery. Got an email, all parts have shipped. I received a 1 pound envelope in two days with 8 gaskets...no heating elements. I emailed them, "that part is on back order and will ship in 7-10 days" these people are crooks, take you money, have no parts in stock, charge for shipping( $115.00) and send you $10.00 of products. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...FROM OTHER REVIEWS THEY APPAER TO BE CROOKS, WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING
