It's only been 1.5 months, but so far I love the my contacts. My bookkeeper is amazing and my consultant, Amanda, is a gem. The company itself has a few inefficiencies with their portal and customer service has been slow to resolve (still not resolved). BUT - my books are in good shape. :) 5 stars for my bookkeeper and Amanda 3.5 stars for Paro's technology and customer service
