Paro works with me to find the best clients. They take the headache away of having to manage marketing and billing. It's a perfect collaboration. I can focus on what I do best while knowing I have a team of people to support me.

Overall, it was a good experience, I have had timely & good responses to my inquiries & the team meetings are scheduled consistently. Things that can be better: pricing structure was a little too high for staff level associates, and more importantly - there should be monitoring & adherence for staff to keep their QuickBooks Online's certification active and not lapse. The annual recertification process was not being kept up, rendering staffs' QuickBooks Online certifications inactive and not on par with competitors like Intuit & Books Time.

They were very helpful in finding a person, but they send way too many emails and follow up emails...survey requests. It's really annoying.

Thank you for your review! We're glad we could help match you with a tax professional from the Paro network. We also appreciate your feedback about the frequency of our communications; we'll share that with our team.

It's only been 1.5 months, but so far I love the my contacts. My bookkeeper is amazing and my consultant, Amanda, is a gem. The company itself has a few inefficiencies with their portal and customer service has been slow to resolve (still not resolved). BUT - my books are in good shape. :) 5 stars for my bookkeeper and Amanda 3.5 stars for Paro's technology and customer service

My rating will probably increase as the Paro customer account reps gain more experience.

I like some of the new accounts executives. I would still work on getting better notes for potential leads
