I placed an order in April of 2021 and as of May 2, 2022 I have yet to receive my order or a refund. There are multiple lawsuits against this company. Basically it was a big cash grab, thousands of people are in the same boat . Very shady company with shady practices, would not recommend

I feel Parley has been transparent regarding their issues with Nebra. I was part of batch 4 that never ended up getting ordered. I placed my order over a year ago. I finally reached out to one of their representatives on Discord. He helped me out immediately in getting my order switched to a new product, and got it shipped out same day! Thank you!

Customer service is great. Waited over a year for a Nebra HNT miner, which is on Nebra, not Parley, but they were able to upgrade and ship a new miner not only myself, but 2 other friends while on the phone.

I'm satisfied that I finally received a miner from Parley Labs, although it only took almost a year. I was disappointed that they couldn't give me a miner at the price I already paid, considering the thousands and thousands of dollars I lost in revenue had I received a miner when I was supposed too. I think it could have been resolved a little better.
