I bought a pre flashed firmware SD card and inserted it. It has NOT synced since installing. I have watched dozen of videos regarding RAKwireless issues. I made sure it was inserted correctly. It has not synced. Which leads me to believe I have a corrupted card. I'm not happy. I lost money. I contacted Parley with zero reponse to my dilema.

Placed order for minor back in the first part of last year, company ran into some problems but kept me in the loop. Everything was resolved satisfactory. I recommend the company they stand behind their products and their customer service is top notch.

Been waiting to get a miner for nearly 2 years now. I just happened to pick the miner that had the most supply chain issues. Parley Lans did his best to make things right. Was able to schedule a call to set up a new purchase. Alex was able to answer all my questions and make suggestions to replace the miners I had originally selected. Within 20 minutes, had my new devices ordered! Looking forward to setting them up soon!

Been waiting for a refund for over a year. Finally got in contact via helium discord to a support guy. He instantly refunded me my money for nebra miners and then placed my new orders for sense caps. Already got the shipping label and they're out for delivery. This is a big turn around from how they handled things with the nebra delays. Look forward to working with them again.

Sometimes companies experience delivery issues and it's not related to anything they have control over. This happened to me, and Parley Labs went above and beyond not only to be candid and transparent but to also go above and beyond in reconciling the issue for me. They are an example of top-notch customer service ... which is the one thing that supremely stands out in leading companies now.

Gabriel was great to work with. He was able to switch my pre-order to an in-stock unit and even gave me a discount. My Hotspot arrived within 4 days of ordering.

Super easy to work with and fast to respond!

Had some hiccups early on with their manufacturer but we're upfront and communicative Alex was super helpful and understanding.
