I'm satisfied that I finally received a miner from Parley Labs, although it only took almost a year. I was disappointed that they couldn't give me a miner at the price I already paid, considering the thousands and thousands of dollars I lost in revenue had I received a miner when I was supposed too. I think it could have been resolved a little better.

Placed order for minor back in the first part of last year, company ran into some problems but kept me in the loop. Everything was resolved satisfactory. I recommend the company they stand behind their products and their customer service is top notch.

My experience at the start was frustrated but it wasn't there fault the orders never came to them there for the orders never came to us. They are just the ones taking the blame. They made the situation right with me. And I would go through them again. The customer service was great! Thanks again.

Ordered my miners in April of 2021. I made s mistake and ordered Nebra. They never delivered the miners and I never received a nebra. I set up an appointment to swap my miners and was assisted by Alex. Very grateful for the call. I was scheduled for 15 minutes and Alex found a way to give me more than double that time. Alex was patient, kind, and willing to work for the answers he was not immediately able to provide. I had a very positive experience due to his demeanor and professionalism. Hopefully mining soon, as we were able to agree on a temporary order, until I could get more information on the new miners, and feel more confident having them ship more to me. Good company that was put in a bad spot by circumstances out of their control. When they could, they had Alex reach out to me to get my order shipped. Alex was great! Professional and courteous service for sure!

While I had to wait a lot longer than I thought I should for a a refund for a couple Nebra outdoor miners which were cancelled and part of blanket refund, once I found the employees on discord everything was cleared in a matter of hours. Parley Labs is not the problem - Nebra and the CC processors are the problem!

Great customer service despite the Nebra situation. I was very happy with the way they handled the refund and gave me all of my money back.

Parley Labs has been a great company. The issue they had with Nebra was not their fault in my opinion and I don't believe people should be giving them such low reviews because of it. They did refund their customers or offered a different miner to replace the Nebra miner. Hung Tran helped me confirm that my replacement miner was shipped! Overall I'm still happy with Parley Labs.
