Parley LabsReviews of parleylabs.com

This is an easy to use platform, but I lost my password, if not for ccconsultingfirm009, it was about ending forever. Anyways I still encourage people reading it’s blog and message on mail

Very helpful he was able to mediate a transaction between the buyer and host. His communication was great and timely. I was very satisfied with his professionalism.

The guys at Parley Labs are great and super accommodating. I recently ordered the FreedomFi 5G outdoor bundle and i was surprised at how fast it shipped and was at my door in only a few days. They even walked me through the whole set up and answered any questions i had. I just ordered my second outdoor 5G cell and i had a payment issue on my end and they went out of their way to help me get my payment situation figured out. Hands down the best customer service I've ever had from a web based company. These guys really care about their business and their customers. 👍👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After taking a look at the website, Thuong from Parley reached out and provided me with lots of 1-on-1 support and advice for my deployments. He's been instrumental to my successful setup. He's also been a great support even after my purchase, providing me with updated and further advice. The hardware that came from Parley are top notch, and I have yet to find a better deal than their bundles. Arrived super quick in 2 days shipping to Northern California.

They went above and beyond my expectations. highly recommended.

They have never delivered my item nor returned my calls / email to customer support.

very good customer service, easy installation

The service Parley Labs provided was exceptional and customer service was top notch. We had an issue with the EG25 modem module due to different revision. I inquired which rev they are stocking. They ended up sending us both revisions they have in stock to test out. We found the one that works and ship back the rev that did not work. Parley Labs even sent us a shipping label for free returning.
