Recently bought a FreedomFi 5G miner through Parley Labs. Tee was wonderful throughout the setup process. I had immediate access with text or phone calls. I highly recommend Parley Labs if you are considering a 5G miner purchase. This is my second miner purchase with Parley Labs. 5 star rating!!!!!

I had to had to order a SD card for my hnt miner and parley messaged me to make sure I got the right one also I ordered a nebra miner in batch 3 from them, which I'm sure we all know what happened with them (which isn't parleys fault) they ended up offering me a replacement or a complete refund. I took the refund and deposited the check and it cleared.

I've been using Parley Labs to purchase IOT sensors as I expand my testing/learning of IOT. They have a nice "official" feel, but also have a very personal side as I have asked them to do some small things for me. I plan to continue purchasing from them.

This company can't seem to handle simple billing discrepancies.

The SD card fixed my hotspot! Works as advertised!!
