Parley LabsReviews of parleylabs.com

Everything I ordered from stock shipped out within a week (Hotspots and Antennas). There were some issues with Nebra hotspots not being able to be fulfilled due to production issues from Nebra. However, as soon as they received those units they were shipped immediately.

I Was able to grab some SenseCAP M1 miners from them during their last drop. They shipped on time and I had them synced the same day I got them. I love SenseCAPs turbo sync feature, all miners should have this feature

I ordered 5 miners and 4 anttenas on april 2021. By todays date i did not recive miners or money. I also did an apllication for refund 3 weeks ago and i still did not get an refund, even they said that refund will happen in a week after you fill the application out. The other frustrating thing with Parely Labs is that they have $1000 miners in stock and they will ship it in 3 weeks but they don't have the $500 miners that we ordered 10 months ago. If this is not an example of scam, then please let me know for an better example.

Never received product, they never respond to my emails requesting a refund for a product that never arrived and the product changed to something else. I am in batch 5 #8584. So much time has passed that helium already halved some time ago and the only people that have the product are big youtubers. Buy your miner from some other company even if it costs hundreds more and do not believe them when they push back their shipping date, they hope you do not charge back and hope your option to do so expires. They spam you with other products to buy but why would I buy more things that probably do not exist at all. Check on a search engine parley fraud or scam and there are thousands that are unhappy.

Ordered my miner back in April of 2021 (batch 3). Requested refund Nov 2021. Today is Jan 2022 and I still haven't received my refund. They offered me a Check that was supposed to take 15-20 business days that never arrived. They offered a blanket refund which I never got. I talked to them over the phone and they stated that it will take 5 business days for it to show up and it never did. I just got an e-mail from them saying its my BANK thats having the issue and provided me a transaction ID. Well, I just gave that info to my bank and they said its all false and refund has never been posted. Stay away. They are scammers. I made an investment with this company thinking that it would help me provide for my family since I'm now a disabled vet. I just got discharged from service and looking for ways to get back on my feet as a civilian. I also really believed in the Helium Network but not anymore. Shame on them. Shame on the company and the employees there that is engaging on the scam. Shame on the people of the Helium Network for allowing this company to continue their scam.

Scam, scam, scam. Exactly what everyone else said. They will sell you a non existent product, quote you a shipping time of 6 weeks. 16 months later, people who didnt chargeback their card are STILL waiting for them. They will do everything they can to stop you from asking for a refund, including trying to charge you a restocking fee. They hwill increase the price of what you ordered, & offer you a replacement that doesnt exist - they will sell the replacements that do exist to new customers, in true pyramid scheme fashion. They will push you to get in store credit for products that you have to like like all their social media accounts for when they do "surprise drops". They are a distributor with no distribution skills, in fact their suppliers have stated that they were never paid and that customers should directly contact them. They have huge credit problems due to hundreds of chargebacks. And it doesnt end here - they will issue bounced checks as refunds, and are a target of class action lawsuits. Stay away from these scammers.

A scam business. Don't buy anything from them. There should be a lawsuit against this Parley Labs. I don't understand how they haven't been prosecuted yet, really thieves.

Very poor business model. I know I’m not alone when I say I ordered a product from them and it’s over three months late with no confident arrival date anywhere to be found. This company is far from transparent and does the bare minimum to keep the customers from pulling their money out. Then if said consumer wants to pull their money out it’s a hassle. This is unacceptable behavior from a business that’s not Kickstarter/Startup based but most definitely act like they are. I highly advise anyone from purchasing from this company in the future. Do your due diligence and go directly to their manufacture instead of this middleman.
