Defective Nebra Miner unit RMA process has been terrible. I have no idea what is going on with the replacement/repair of my miner unit and clear communication from Parley has been absent...

I ordered 3 miners in April 2021. Never received the hardware, and the company DOES NOT refund. The owner is listed as Bryan Bui. This is a complete SCAM, and I'm reaching out to the attorney general of California. I also emailed the Helium Network and Nebra directly of this. and I suggest EVERYONE who has been scammed by this company, and the owner of this company does so as well. You should also start a compliant with the BBB (Better Business Burea), as this person / company should not be allowed to operate this scam any longer, and they should face the consequences the law permits.

Buyer beware! Paid in full back in April 2021 for a Nebra miner. I understood the delays. I do not blame Parley Labs for the Nebra debacle. I do blame Parley Labs for keeping my money and not providing me with a refund. In December, Parley Labs announced it would provide refunds for Nebra orders unfulfilled. No refund, no response to emails, no answer to phone calls.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Purchased something with a ship time of august 2021. Waited months past when other companies shipped units. Was then told I had to accept a refund or buy another miner at the current higher cost?! Still have not been refunded! Worst company I have ever experienced.

Scammers .... they will take your money never send you anything.... stall past the point where you can dispute it with your credit card... shady company!!!! Don't trust them ! They should be shut down !

Placed order on thursday. Received sensecap m1 the next monday

Ordered miners in April and delivery date kept getting pushed back. Canceled my order in December after another announcement for longer delay on shipping, then soon after received an email saying they are canceling all orders for nebra miner and refunding everyone, could take up to 8 weeks. 2 months later there is no refund and they have stopped responding. Have now disputed this charge with my bank, so hopefully they aren't bankrupt yet.

Everyone thats mad at ParleyLabs doesnt understand that they are distributors for Nebra and had to deal with what a disasted Nebra has been. Parleylabs did a excellent job with the communication and being truthful even though the news about Nebra wasnt what I wanted to hear.
