Preordered 2 miners and spent about $1000 in April 2021. Parley Labs wrote to every customer, in Nebra preorder batches 4/5, stating Parley Labs is cancelling all orders and will issue a refund. That email was from December of 2021. It is February of 2022. No miners, no refunds, I was told I would receive an e-check and never received it. Parley Labs is now not responding to any communications.

First time crypto enthusiast / don’t know much about the space. Ordered from Parley Labs and received shipment a couple months later. Their order system was smooth and included messages to update me. “Hot Sloth Mustard” Is the cool name device started with and now makes me money fast! Good return on my investment and, hopefully, we can create a network that will dethrone At&T one day!! Looking forward to new products. Regarding the negative reviews I have read, this company is selling out fast and growing their team fast to keep up with demand. It’s unfortunate that shipping delays occurred outside of their control, but I certainly understand frustrations of looking at Helium price in April 2021 and current price … I wish I had purchased back at the beginning too. It may or may not be fair to blame this company for missing out on a fortune. If you don’t receive your product fast, make sure to refute the charge within time period allowed. I’m sure if your mention it to Parley, they will refund you instead of fighting AMEX or VISA (annoying for everyone). In summary, it’s a real company and I love my rewards! I do nothing and make money. Booya Jim!

This is a SCAM! Be careful I ordered my helium miner on April of 2021 and no miner received, now is February 2022 and they don’t want to refund, they keep finding some excuses each time I reaching them out. I lost $400 now! Scam scam scam

SCAMMERS! pre ordered 5 Nebra hotspots in March 2021. In October still no miners so requested a refund. It's now Feb 2022 and I haven't recieved anything but excuses and a lack of communication. A joke of a business, I hope they crash and burn they will never recieve another cent from myself and anyone I know.

I ordered from Parley twice. Once for a handful of Rak 1.5's and the second for a January drop for a Sensecap. Communication was smooth and got my miners within a week of ordering. Will definitely do business again!

I started using parley labs in 2021. Other sites i've used all ship from china and in the united states that leaves me waiting weeks, sometimes months before i get my product. Whenever I ordered accessories their department has been quick to update me with tracking and it comes within a few business days. On top of that their content and FAQ's made helium much easier for me to install and deploy. Since last year this has been my goto marketplace for helium accessories.
